These were my first rough draft ideas I tried different views and instruments and positions.
This was my final rough draft although the angle had to change because the vibraphone was a lil off balance in it.
In progress photo.

This piece is a self portrait I painted in watercolor to test them I need to add smaller scraps to the background to connect the bigger pieces more. I sketched this while sitting at our local swimming pool and finished it off with watercolors. I don't think I have much I want to change about it. This theme I created for the mini concentration of "The Unknown and I need to darken her body and the deep sea a tad more to give the painting more contrast. For this piece I would like to darken up the water where the plants are growing and and more plants to the front as well as darken up the dock as it gets father away. To give this piece a continuing flow I would like to add more necklaces and strings that lead your eyes around the hole lot. As an artist I want to be able to communicate deeply with those who view my artwork. Most every piece I create will have their own specific purpose something that will create an impact emotionally. Hopefully it will make them stop and think or speak to them in their own way. I would like others to view me as a creative and childish artist. Someone who brings fun and simple flowing feelings into their work and refuses to let guidelines limit the emotion that is represented. The things that help to shape my artistic ideas is conveying emotions through body language and facial expressions. For some reason those features in particular are exceptionally important to me. The purest emotions can only be evoked when those expressions are as captivating as possible. All art is art but there are only a number of aspects that make art "good" art. Creativity plays a key role in this because the more creative and unique your piece your audience will examine it further and look harder for a meaning, trying to understand your thought process.
